FAQ

What counts as a transcription?

One successful API call to the transcript endpoint (HTTP 200). Failed requests (4xx/5xx) never count.

Do unused transcriptions roll over?

No. Your monthly quota resets at the start of each billing cycle (annually billed, quota resets monthly).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You keep access until the end of your billing period. Refunds on unused quota within 7 days. See our refund policy.

Why is it so cheap?
